Possessive, acronym

It is acceptable to form the possessive of an acronym if it refers to people (CEO’s) or an organization (ATO’s) or an abstract term (UK’s). Do not form possessives of acronyms that refer to concrete nouns, such as CD or PDF. Instead, use the acronym as an adjective (technically, it’s called a noun stack), or rephrase with the preposition “of”.
